Ambition Awareness


Are you living the life you want to live?

To increase awareness of what is affecting your ambition within your life you can ask yourself a few questions to determine whether you are acting in a manner that is your choices and decisions or if you are choosing to act due to others and the environment around you.


Firstly, by taking time to discover what is motivating your behaviour to perform or participate in an activity can help you to determine if you are trying to please yourself, please someone else, or if you are not acting inline with what is right for you (your authentic behaviour).


Are you happy with your behaviour?


Does it feel right for you?


Does your behaviour and choices make you feel comfortable or does your behaviour feel uncomfortable in some manner?


If you feel uncomfortable in one way or another you might have to challenge your behaviour to determine what is the best outcome for you to follow. Sometimes this can be a difficult process especially when you become aware that the path you are or have been taking is not right for you or is not getting you to where you need to be in life.


Look at whether you are choosing the situations and events that happen in your life or are you letting the situations and events choose you?


To work towards something you really want is very important for your self esteem and integrate your personal identity. When we actively work at personal integration we feel happier, more alive, and more fulfilled.


In the process of increasing your authentic behaviour, increasing your ambition through determining YOUR PERSONAL goals and desires don't forget about balance in your life.

2. Being social is very important.


How often do you see your friends and family?

3. Take time out to spend time with friends and family members.


What have you been putting off that you really enjoy?

4. Socialise by participating in sports, special interest groups, and social groups.


By participating in pleasant activities and listening to music that you enjoy every day your level of happiness will increase.


Start living the life you want to live and stop accepting and settling for the things that do not increase your passion.
